25+ years in recruitment. Yorkshire Tea in the morning, gin in the evening … or sometimes the afternoon, depending on how the day is going! Tammie’s the people-person, the straight-talker, and the one most likely to call you with great news and make you laugh mid-search.

She’s worked across HR, Supply Chain, Finance and Executive Office roles for most of her career and built long-term client relationships that are stronger than her willpower near a gin menu.

When she’s not headhunting hidden gems, she’s:

  • Mum to two teenage boys (15 and 13 – fuelled by snacks and sarcasm)
  • Herding five dogs and a sassy horse named Darcey
  • Plotting her next holiday (purely for the children, of course)
  • In possession of an unbeatable gut instinct when it comes to matching people and roles

Director

Paul’s the calm voice of reason, the “ying” to Tam’s, “yang”, the one who sees the bigger picture, and definitely the guy you want on your side in a hiring emergency. With over 20 years experience in recruitment, he’s known for his cool-headed, consultative approach and commitment to doing things properly.

He’s got a deep track record recruiting across Commercial Support, Finance and Customer Service roles, and he’s a natural at building long-standing partnerships with clients and candidates alike.

When he’s not working (which isn’t often), he’s:

  • Dad to two brilliant boys (11 and 13 – lovers of football, adventure, and keeping Dad on his toes)
  • A fanatic Coventry City FC supporter (yes, really – through the highs and heartbreaks 💙)
  • A gym-goer and runner who somehow makes it all look easy
  • Partial to a post-work beer and a proper playlist
